It has all gone horribly, horribly wrong. 

"And we're here, live on the scene as designer Felih Tia arrives on the red carpet with this season's most stunning looks! So what do you think Jacke?" The TV presenter turns to the man clad in what could only be called 'Bandana Coture'. Jacke grins at the Camera, charming the whole audience with just one look.

The pain rends through his body, but something just feels sickening, and it's not the fact that the magic racking his body is bad it's something else too. When his limbs start twisting, reforming into something else, the voice he screams with is not his own.

"Well, Edda, it's going to be one helluva Fall/Winter this year! I cannae tell you how excited I am to see what Felih's going to be unveiling with this fashion show." The buzz is amazing, and as the two speak, a sleek limousine drives up.

"Felih!" A voice shouts in horror. Oh. Oh gods no. Anyone but him. Felih tries to call back, but can only see the faintest sight of his fianceé before the pain makes his vision blur. There's a gunshot and a scream that might be his or Haurchefants, but he can't tell.

"And there he is now!"  The chauffeur opens the car door and the crowd expects to see the familliar sight of Felih unfolding himself from the luxourious leather seats, soon followed after by his soon-to-be husband... except.

When he comes too, nothing feels right and everything is in pain. He tries to move but none of his limbs respond how he's used to, his centre of balance is off, his head pounds and god his mouth is as dry as desert sand.

None of that matters when he opens his eyes.

Yotsuyu Naeuri is the one who gracefully steps out of the limo, a small, victorious smile on her lips.

Not his pain, his wealth, his name.

"Due to some unforseen circumstances, My employer will not be able to make it to the show tonight. I will be here to ensure it goes as smoothly as possible. I kindly thank the public for their patience."

Haurchefant is dead.

This is an Open Post for our Cat Trap AU in which Felih is turned into a cat by magical means, and has to find a way to survive, get his company back and become human(ish) again, but not necessarily in that order!
